This home was built in November of 2006 by Sierra Homes. It is the Alpine model.
Entry and Great Room:
As you walk in the front door, you enter an entry way which opens up into the great room with cathedral ceilings. The great room is very spacious and open. On both the north and south walls are large recessed plant shelves lit with custom lighting. Two Cable hookups are available in this room on either wall.
Dining Room and Kitchen:
The dining room and kitchen feature a beautiful faux-finished wall. The dining room is large enough to accommodate a large table as well as a large number of guests. A sliding glass door looks out to the backyard and beyond as there are no backyard neighbors obstructing sunsets and other interesting and pretty views. The kitchen is very large and features staggered cabinetry with custom lighting above and below. Counter tops are linoleum with upgraded wooden edges to match the cabinets. The sink is white porcelain with stainless steel faucet and sprayer. Appliances in the kitchen are white. The floor in both the dining room and kitchen is linoleum. Telephone hookup is available.
Master Bedroom and Master Bath:
The master bedroom is located on the northern side of the house and is very large. It features a large walk-in closet and a large north-facing window. The Master Bathroom is good size with high raised counter tops and a curved shower rod. There is a large closet in the master bathroom perfect for linens and other storage.
Bedrooms and Laundry:
The other 2 bedrooms on the south side of the home are perfect for a home office or a child's bedroom. Both feature large closets with ample storage and large windows. The laundry room features a large shelf above the washer and dryer as well as a large closet for storage/hanging clothes. It also has a small window.
Garage and Yard:
The 2-car garage has 3 rows of shelving the entire length of the north and south walls providing a larger storage capacity for the home. It has a Whisper Drive garage door opener and a coded keypad on the outside of the garage. The automatic sprinkler control system is located within the garage. The front and back yard feature cement curbing and bark. There are beautiful flowering trees planted in the front yard and large quaking aspens in the back that provide shade in the summer. There is an extra hose bib available in the front yard that is attached to the main water line which provides excellent water pressure (far better than the other hose hookups). The lot is considered premium by the builder as there are no backyard neighbors. (This is one feature we will miss greatly!) The backyard is adjacent to a wetland area surrounded by grass. Perfect for taking a walk or taking in the surrounding mountain views.

Light fixtures and doorknobs in the house are brushed chrome. All windows and doors feature trimmed with white frames. White base boards run throughout the entire house and feature decorative corner pieces. House is satellite-cable and internet ready. Alarm system in house is paid for and is included. Although alarm is currently not being monitored, the alarm system is functional and can be armed. Monthly monitoring can be activated at any time.
